Per-unit overhead
Per unit. Leave 0 unless inbound freight is charged per item.
Delivery is an order-level cost. Charging it per unit prices low-value SKUs above market — amortise it across expected units per order.
CAC type and value
Share of each SKU's own sourcing price, so acquisition cost stays proportionate to the headroom.
Margin and promotion
Gross margin on the list price, before any promotional discount.

Formula(Source cost + packaging + transport + delivery + CAC) ÷ (1 − margin%) − discount
